The Amazon Parking Ticket Report now matches Amazon's Parking Ticket Request Template column for column, so you can send it to Amazon as is: home station, DSP shortcode, ticket amount, paid amount, issuing authority, citation number, violation code and description, date, address and VIN. It now covers NYC and Yonkers tickets as well as Philadelphia. Set the Liability page's issue dates to the four full calendar months Amazon asks for, then choose Amazon Parking Ticket Report at the top of the page. Every parking and camera ticket in those dates is included, paid or open, so there is nothing to select. Recent NYC tickets show the borough and precinct until the street address is available.

Fixed an issue that could stop some open NYC tickets from being paid along with the rest of your selection. If a ticket can't be paid at checkout, Clear Plates now tells you which ticket it is, so you can remove it and pay the others.

Select tickets on the Liability page, click Generate Report and choose Amazon Reimbursement Log to download an Excel sheet in the columns Amazon asks DSPs for: home station, DSP shortcode, ticket date, amount, processing fee, citation number, reason, issuing officer, address, VIN and plate. Add your DSP shortcode once in Settings and it fills in on every log.

Rental fleets can now see who each vehicle was rented from right on the Vehicles page. You can search and filter by rental company, add or change it for any vehicle with a rental window, and include it in your vehicle export. For fleets connected through Delivery Sync, the rental company fills in automatically when you have not entered one.

Yonkers ticket checks were interrupted in late August, so new Yonkers tickets stopped showing up. They are running again, and Yonkers tickets on your plates are checked every night as before.

For larger NYC fleets, the nightly check for idling tickets could stop before it finished, so some new idling tickets and hearing dates showed up late. The different parts of the nightly check now run side by side with more time to finish, and any check that cannot finish is clearly marked instead of left hanging.

The Violations page now has an issue date range, so you can pull just the tickets from a pay period, a rental, or a claim window. Exports follow the same range and now include the home station, ticket location, issuing agency, reason code, and rental company, which makes reimbursement claims easier to put together.

Delivery Sync can now bring in your route history for the last 30 or 90 days, or a custom date range. Past routes help match older tickets to the right driver. Open the Delivery Sync extension and choose Import history to fill in any gaps.

The Delivery Sync card on your Settings page now shows when your fleet last synced and flags anything that needs your attention, such as a vehicle that still looks active in Amazon after you marked it as returned.

When Delivery Sync sees that a rental was returned early, the vehicle is flagged for you to confirm instead of being closed out automatically. A new filter on the Vehicles page shows every vehicle waiting for confirmation, so your liability windows stay accurate.

Team members can still invite teammates, but only an admin can now invite someone as an admin.

Fleets with a very large number of violations could see the list cut off early. The Violations page and dashboard totals now load every violation, no matter how many you have.

Adding or importing vehicles you own outright no longer fails when you leave the start and end dates blank.

We added safeguards across ticket payments, renter portal payments, and dispute purchases so a payment cannot go through twice, even if you retry after a slow connection or click pay again.

Philadelphia citation cards now show the enforcement evidence where it is available. Expand a citation to view the ticket image, plate and vehicle photos, and any camera video, so you can confirm a citation is yours and see what happened before you pay. Citations that include evidence are marked so you can spot them at a glance.

Philadelphia fleets now receive the nightly email digest. It summarizes new citations since your last digest and flags citations approaching their next penalty step, so you can act before balances grow. Manage which alerts you receive in Settings.

Opening the payment window briefly reserves the selected citations so the same ticket cannot be paid twice. Previously, closing the window without paying could leave that hold in place for up to 30 minutes, causing a payment already in progress message if you tried again. The hold is now released the moment you close the payment window, so you can reopen checkout and pay right away.

BIC violations are now matched to rental liability windows using the same date handling as parking, camera, and idling violations. This fixes edge cases where violations on the first or last day of a rental window could appear in the wrong liability view.

See which enforcement agents are writing your NYC parking and camera tickets. A new Cost by Officer breakdown in Reports groups your violations by issuing agent, with totals and counts, so you can spot patterns across your routes and focus attention where the tickets come from.

Philadelphia citation cards now show a penalty escalation timeline. You can see at a glance where each citation sits, how many days until the next penalty step, and what the balance becomes if it is not resolved in time. This is the same escalation view NYC fleets already use, tuned to PPA penalty timing.

Philadelphia citations now display the issuing officer's name next to the badge number wherever we have it on file. This makes it easier to recognize repeat issuers on your routes and review citations with more context.

Once a Philadelphia citation is paid and remitted, you can download the payment receipt right from the citation card. You get proof of payment and remittance in one place, so your records stay complete without leaving Clear Plates.

Clear Plates now handles common license plate formatting differences more consistently across vehicle add, edit, CSV import, and liability matching. Plates with spaces, dashes, or different casing resolve to the same vehicle, helping prevent duplicate records and making rental-window matching more reliable after uploads.

Generate Driver Statement and Fleet Owner Reconciliation reports for OATH/idling violations — the same reports available for parking and camera tickets. Select violations on the Liability page and click Generate Report.

Violation amounts now reflect the actual balance due from CityPay, including accrued late fees and interest — not just the original fine. Look for the green checkmark to see when the balance was last verified.
